- 1Comply with local environmental health and safety regulations and company policies
- 2Lead optimization of process parameters to improve cycle times and LTY
- 3Interact with Maintenance Washcoat Quality Process Engineering and Automation teams to solve equipment issues
- 4Support implementation of new technologies through updated procedures and staff training
- 5Embed continuous improvement culture by identifying and implementing best practices
- 6Ensure product meets customer specifications through thorough data collection and reporting
- 7Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen or 5S
- 8Utilize coating solutions effectively to minimize waste generation
- 9Follow and maintain all quality management system documentation
- 10Provide weekly monthly reports on operating results as directed by supervisor
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- 2Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis
- 3Strong mechanical analytical and technical skills
- 42+ years production catalyst manufacturing experience
- 51+ year batch process experience preferred
- 6Experience with Spark and Airflow platforms
- 7Minimum 5 years production experience
- 8Knowledge of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 9Proven ability to work in hybrid flexible work arrangements
