Requirements11
- 1Bachelor`s degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Materials Engineering or related discipline
- 2At least 3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a production environment
- 3Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- 4Knowledge of process control continuous improvement and statistical process concepts
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- 6Comfortable working in manufacturing environments involving industrial chemicals
- 7Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 85+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience
- 9Experience in coatings chemical processing cleanroom or other highly controlled manufacturing environments
- 10Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- 11Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP DOE SPC and process capability studies
