The Production Packaging Associate leads packaging operations on the 3rd Shift at Altium Packaging in Los Angeles. What You'll Do11
- 1Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing appropriate PPE and following safety policies
- 2Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to the 11PM to 7:30AM shift schedule
- 3Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals
- 4Follow company manufacturing policies and maintain a clean organized workspace
- 5Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from production lines
- 6Pick up dropped bottles and place them into designated bins
- 7Inspect bottle quality through drop tests and report abnormalities immediately
- 8Track packaging material inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- 9Ensure accurate labeling and packaging according to customer specifications
- 10Move finished goods to designated areas and organize workstations efficiently
- 11Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements8
- 1Basic mathematical skills required
- 2Basic computer experience necessary
- 3High School diploma or GED preferred
- 4Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire
- 5Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
- 6Experience with packaging equipment and safety protocols
- 7Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 8Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks
