Silfab Solar seeks a Production Operator-Cell on the day shift in Charlotte North Carolina. This role involves operating cell manufacturing equipment while maintaining strict cleanroom standards. You will run the Autobus and Framer equipment on a 24/7 production line, assembling Photovoltaic Modules in a clean, modern facility. You will lead a team of Operators, training junior staff and back-filling positions as needed. You will maintain safety and quality standards across every stage of the line. This role offers a shift differential for nights and a structured 4-on/4-off schedule.

You will operate and maintain production machinery in a modern manufacturing facility, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards. You will work both independently and with a team to hit production goals. Expect comprehensive training to bring you up to speed, with no prior machine experience required. You will assemble electro-mechanical products for solar energy systems at Sol-Ark's Dallas warehouse, a key hub for our growing operations. You will own device programming, electrical testing, and final packaging, working on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:15pm-11:45pm). You'll join a team of technicians supporting high-volume manufacturing, with clear paths to advanced and leadership roles. Your work directly powers the clean energy transition, and you'll gain cross-domain expertise in automation, robotics, and LOTO safety protocols.

You will own the production line at our Port Reading facility, operating production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
