Production Operator-Cell Pitman Day Shift

What You'll Do11
- 1Operate automatic and semi-automatic cell-manufacturing equipment according to station Standard Work Instructions
- 2Follow cleanroom gowning and ESD protocols when handling sensitive wafers and cells
- 3Load and transport wafers cells and cassettes using proper techniques to prevent damage
- 4Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations equipment and tooling
- 5Conduct in-process quality checks and execute electrical or visual testing as needed
- 6Identify and segregate acceptable and defective wafers and cells
- 7Verify finished cells meet labeling packaging and configuration requirements
- 8Document production quality and downtime information on required paperwork
- 9Maintain 5S standards and adhere to established policies
- 10Assist with other production tasks as directed by supervisors
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency
Requirements12
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent production experience preferred
- 2Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and assist with 60 pound team lifts
- 3Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during 8 hour shifts
- 4Experience working in gowned cleanrooms with required PPE and ESD controls
- 5Valid passport and driver’s license for domestic and international travel
- 6Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- 7Flexibility to travel up to 50 percent of the time
- 8Technical proficiency with PLCs Robotics and control systems
- 9Strong analytical skills using Excel and Minitab for process improvement
- 10Demonstrated project management abilities and logical reasoning
- 11Familiarity with VFDs and HMIs
- 12Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
