Float Relief Operator Heliene
Overview
Heliene seeks a Float Relief Operator to support continuous 24/7 solar module production in a clean fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers flexible backfill training mentoring and ensures quality standards while working with a dedicated team.
What You'll Do15
- 1Work within a team of operators
- 2Train and mentor new hires
- 3Learn and perform all production floor positions excluding Stringer
- 4Become a subject matter expert in the Learning Management System
- 5Report defective materials or quality concerns to the Line Supervisor
- 6Repair solar modules while following quality standards
- 7Perform soldering repairs on solar cells using proper techniques
- 8Handle cells and strings with care using established methods
- 9Conduct quality checks and testing procedures at all production stages
- 10Maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment
- 11Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines
- 12Operate and monitor HMI systems to control and troubleshoot equipment
- 13Communicate effectively with the Line Supervisor about line issues
- 14Follow all health and safety policies
- 15Perform other duties as assigned by Production Coordinators Line Leads or delegates
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred but entry level candidates with technical aptitude considered
- 3Strong attention to detail with ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 4Effective communication and teamwork skills
- 5Ability to use established processes to train others
- 6Troubleshooting skills with ability to maintain production and quality standards
- 7Comfortable using iPads and basic computer applications
- 8Soldering experience preferred training available
- 9Self-motivated adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 10Pass background check and drug screening after offer
