Production Assembler, Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Overview
You will assemble electro-mechanical products for solar energy systems at Sol-Ark's Dallas warehouse, a key hub for our growing operations. You will own device programming, electrical testing, and final packaging, working on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:15pm-11:45pm). You will join a production team of 20+ assemblers, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role stands out because it offers pathways to advancement, with a culture that promotes from within.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assemble electrical and electronic products by following written work instructions and established procedures.
- 2Perform device programming, electrical testing, final product testing, packaging, and labeling.
- 3Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and production standards.
- 4Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end and ensure work is completed correctly.
- 5Identify and communicate quality, process, safety, or equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
- 6Use hand tools, basic power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
- 7Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- 8Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- 9Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time and prepared for the scheduled shift.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma required; vocational training or technical certification in electronics or electrical systems preferred.
- 21+ years of experience performing detailed assembly work requiring patience and sustained attention.
- 3Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- 4Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- 5Ability to follow written instructions, established procedures, and quality standards.
- 6Ability to work independently, take initiative, and accept responsibility for assigned work.
- 7Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 8Willingness to identify and support opportunities for process and quality improvement.
- 95+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or electrical/electronic assembly preferred.
