Production Manager in Training
Overview
Lead daily production goals and ensure quality at Goodwill Las Vegas location. Manage retail production staff and support warehouse operations. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe inclusive environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Achieve daily weekly monthly production targets and report to Store Manager
- 2Conduct quality reviews of all racks and carts of processed goods
- 3Perform daily salvage audits to verify donation quality
- 4Communicate production and sales goals with Central Warehouse
- 5Train team members on Production Manual Guidelines and PPM maps
- 6Hold team accountable for meeting processing metrics
- 7Ensure timely courteous customer service for all patrons
- 8Maintain clean premises and enforce safety procedures
- 9Process collected funds and send jewelry to e-collectibles
- 10Assist with additional projects as directed by management
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail production teams
- 3Minimum of 3 years goal setting and tracking experience
- 4Minimum of 3 years salvage audit experience
- 5Bilingual English Spanish proficiency preferred
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds and tolerate prolonged standing
- 7Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel
- 9Certification in Stacker software required
- 10Demonstrated leadership and initiative in fast paced settings
