- 10Monitor production execution and optimize equipment utilization
- 11Provide training and feedback to direct reports
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in operations management supply chain engineering or related field
- 25+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- 3Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing continuous improvement six sigma preferred
- 4Proficiency with ERP MRP systems especially Epicor
- 5Excellent written verbal communication skills
- 6Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Understanding of PPE requirements including eye protection safety shoes
- 8Ability to work in manufacturing environments with standing twisting bending and carrying tasks
- 9Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Familiarity with production planning software
