Production Associate, Manual Assembly & Conveyor Operations
Overview
Own on site production tasks at scale in a Minneapolis facility. Collaborate with a cross functional team to follow route sheets, apply adhesives, load panels, and inspect quality against IPC standards. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and follow route sheets and blueprints to drive accurate assembly outcomes
- 2Operate conveyor machines to load panels and support steady production flow
- 3Inspect finished work against IPC standards to ensure quality and identify defects
- 4Enter and move work orders in the Paradigm system to keep production data current
- 5Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- 6Cross train in other production areas to support team coverage
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area to support safety and quality
- 8Work toward becoming a certified operator to expand responsibilities
- 9Support on site safety practices and shift handoffs to ensure smooth operations
