What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and follow route sheets and blueprints to drive accurate assembly outcomes
  • 2Operate conveyor machines to load panels and support steady production flow
  • 3Inspect finished work against IPC standards to ensure quality and identify defects
  • 4Enter and move work orders in the Paradigm system to keep production data current
  • 5Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • 6Cross train in other production areas to support team coverage
  • 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area to support safety and quality
  • 8Work toward becoming a certified operator to expand responsibilities
  • 9Support on site safety practices and shift handoffs to ensure smooth operations
