What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and assemble components according to procedures and work instructions to meet quality standards
  • 2Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with requirements and document results
  • 3Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • 4Conduct routine preventative maintenance on workstations and equipment to sustain line performance
  • 5Utilize electronic data collection tools to record production information and ensure traceability
  • 6Follow written and verbal instructions to optimize quality and productivity
  • 7Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures
  • 8Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • 9Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions with team members and supervisors
  • 10Support company policies, quality standards, environmental requirements, and safety procedures

Requirements10

  • 1Read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
  • 2Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic production systems
  • 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • 4Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • 5Ability to handle and assemble small parts and components
  • 6Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
  • 7Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
  • 8Six months or more of experience in a medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or other regulated production environment
  • 9Previous experience with assembly, production, or manufacturing operations
  • 10High School Diploma or GED preferred
