What You'll Do10
- 1Build and assemble components according to procedures and work instructions to meet quality standards
- 2Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with requirements and document results
- 3Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- 4Conduct routine preventative maintenance on workstations and equipment to sustain line performance
- 5Utilize electronic data collection tools to record production information and ensure traceability
- 6Follow written and verbal instructions to optimize quality and productivity
- 7Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures
- 8Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- 9Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions with team members and supervisors
- 10Support company policies, quality standards, environmental requirements, and safety procedures

- 6Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- 7Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- 8Six months or more of experience in a medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or other regulated production environment
- 9Previous experience with assembly, production, or manufacturing operations
- 10High School Diploma or GED preferred
