  • 1Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines
  • 2Follow SOPs Quality System procedures GMP and GDP
  • 3Complete Device History Records DHR Data Sheets and Lot Control documentation
  • 4Meet production and quality standards
  • 5Cross-train on different assembly operations as needed
  • 6Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • 7Maintain a clean room environment and follow safety procedures
  • 8Provide feedback to enhance assembly processes

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 21-2 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience preferred
  • 32-3 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience required if no High School Diploma
  • 4Ability to read and follow written work instructions
  • 5Basic math and computer skills
  • 6Experience working in a clean room environment
  • 7Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • 8Experience using microscopes soldering irons calipers or similar manufacturing equipment
