Own assembly of medical devices across product lines while ensuring compliance with SOPs Quality System procedures GMP and GDP. Deliver high-quality outputs through meticulous documentation and adherence to clean room protocols. Drive continuous improvement via Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

- 2Follow SOPs Quality System procedures GMP and GDP
- 3Complete Device History Records DHR Data Sheets and Lot Control documentation
- 4Meet production and quality standards
- 5Cross-train on different assembly operations as needed
- 6Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- 7Maintain a clean room environment and follow safety procedures
- 8Provide feedback to enhance assembly processes
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 21-2 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience preferred
- 32-3 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience required if no High School Diploma
- 4Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- 5Basic math and computer skills
- 6Experience working in a clean room environment
- 7Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- 8Experience using microscopes soldering irons calipers or similar manufacturing equipment
