What You'll Do11
- 1Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines to exceed quantity standards
- 2Explain Quality System Policies by referencing written procedures
- 3Maintain accurate written records of manufacturing operations after training
- 4Follow supervisor instructions regarding priorities schedules and assignments
- 5Adapt to procedure changes and learn new processes due to technology updates
- 6Train leads and cross-train on product line operations as needed
- 7Report material shortages proactively to leads or supervisors
- 8Keep workplace safe by following housekeeping and safety guidelines
- 9Follow attendance standards and work flexible shifts
- 10Participate in shared leadership tasks like Kanban Management and metrics board upkeep
- 11Perform other essential duties directed by management
Requirements11
- 11 to 2 years medical device assembly experience or ISO certification
- 2Ability to communicate effectively via phone email or in person
- 3Proficiency in understanding verbal and written work instructions
- 4Basic math skills for job duties addition subtraction multiplication division
- 5Experience working in cleanroom environments following specific practices
- 6Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice Good Manufacturing Practices and Lean Manufacturing
- 7Fine motor skills dexterity and eye coordination for handling small parts
- 8High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 92 to 3 years relevant assembly experience may substitute for diploma
- 10Preferred soldering and hand bonding experience
- 11Basic Microsoft Windows skills and site-specific program knowledge
