What You'll Do9
- 1Greet and engage customers professionally while upholding top-tier service standards
- 2Manage customer interactions and lead generation using CRM systems
- 3Achieve daily sales targets through strategic product demonstrations
- 4Collaborate with Sales Manager and Finance Department to optimize client experiences
- 5Participate in merchandising and display setup for showroom excellence
- 6Complete all OEM web-based training modules to maintain certification compliance
- 7Develop marketing initiatives for seasonal promotions and events
- 8Provide technical support and product education to knowledgeable clients
- 9Maintain accurate inventory records and order fulfillment processes
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience selling motorcycles or related products
- 21-2 years dealership experience preferred
- 3Sales License required
- 43-5 seasons of relevant retail experience
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
- 6BCBA certification acceptable
- 7AWS Certified cloud solutions expertise
- 8Python scripting proficiency for data analysis
- 9React development skills for internal tools
- 10Kubernetes deployment experience for backend systems
