What You'll Do9
- 1Lead the team through inventory shifts, coaching on Microsoft Excel and Lululemon's internal systems to maintain sub-1% shrink and 95%+ fill rate by day 90.
- 2Execute product actions like pullbacks and consolidations, keeping both floor and back-of-house fully stocked and organized.
- 3Collaborate with store leadership to adapt product strategy to real-time sales trends, adjusting floor sets and RF scanning priorities weekly.
- 4Review daily sell-through metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership on markdowns and stock replenishment.
- 5Spearhead the hiring process for new product ops associates, from interviewing to onboarding, building a high-performing team.
- 6Mentor team members through direct feedback and hands-on training, addressing performance gaps and celebrating wins in-the-moment.
- 7Serve as Supervisor on Duty during peak hours, guiding guests to technical products and resolving inventory queries on the spot.
- 8Drive a culture of safety and efficiency in the back-of-house, enforcing proper handling of up to 30-lb boxes and ladder use.
- 9Coordinate with logistics partners to receive shipments and process transfers, updating the inventory management system in real time.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of work experience in retail, warehouse, or distribution center operations.
- 21+ years leading shifts or projects, with proven ability to delegate and train others.
- 3Hands-on experience using inventory software and Microsoft Excel for stock counts and data tracking.
- 4Basic understanding of visual merchandising and product placement strategies.
- 5Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs and using ladders for stock retrieval.
- 6Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- 7Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with varying noise and light conditions.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education in business or supply chain is a plus.
