What You'll Do9
- 1Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
- 2Assess guest connection levels and provide technical product education to ensure every guest receives personalized support
- 3Move dynamically as Supervisor on Duty to address business needs and maintain operational excellence
- 4Prepare and close the store while maintaining operational standards
- 5Review daily business data to track sales goals and motivate team performance
- 6Participate in hiring, selection, and onboarding processes for new team members
- 7Address performance issues and provide coaching through direct feedback and hands-on experiences
- 8Contribute to an inclusive team culture by building supportive relationships
- 9Maintain a fun and productive environment that aligns with lululemon values
Requirements9
- 1Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
- 3Minimum one year of retail or customer experience leadership experience
- 4Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Willingness to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends
- 7Strong communication and interpersonal skills
