Seeking a Product Manager to lead development and growth of secure real-time remote access solution for data transfer monitoring and process optimization in semiconductor industry.
What You'll Do16
- 1Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption
- 2Gather customer and market insights to shape product strategy
- 3Define requirements prioritize features and manage roadmap
- 4Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable high-quality solutions that works within the PDF Platform
- 5Partner with sales and marketing to support go-to-market activities
- 6Monitor product performance adoption and ROI to guide continuous improvement
- 7Own the product lifecycle from ideation strategy and roadmap to launch and ongoing improvement
- 8Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging security threats customer pain points and market opportunities
- 9Translate business and technical requirements into detailed product specifications for engineering
- 10Prioritize product features based on impact effort and alignment with company strategy
- 11Collaborate with engineering and product design to deliver intuitive scalable and secure solutions
- 12Work with threat intelligence and security research teams to integrate cutting-edge protections
- 13Partner with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategy positioning and messaging
- 14Define and monitor KPIs such as product adoption incident reduction retention and revenue growth
- 15Act as product evangelist internally and externally representing the product with customers partners and at industry events
- 16Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements GDPR CCPA SOC2 ISO
Requirements17
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23+ years of building software for enterprise clients with a manufacturing environment
- 3Strong understanding of security remote connectivity access control and audit compliance
- 4Familiarity with role-based access control virus scanning protocols and traceability systems is a plus
- 5Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering cybersecurity or related field MBA is a plus
- 6Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains network security endpoint protection identity and access management IAM threat detection and response zero-trust
- 7Experience with secure data transfer protocols and practices including encryption methods authentication mechanisms and compliance with industry standards TLS/SSL HTTPS SFTP VPN IPSec
- 8Ability to analyze data usage analytics market trends and customer feedback to drive decisions
- 9Awareness of security sustainability reliability and regulatory compliance especially for IoT devices operating in harsh regulated environments
- 10Experience with cloud security AWS Azure GCP security services
- 11Familiarity with security frameworks NIST MITRE ATT&CK CIS Controls
- 12Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle SSDLC and DevSecOps practices
- 13Prior experience launching B2B SaaS or enterprise security products
- 14Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact results
- 15Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- 16Data-driven mindset using metrics testing and field data to refine products
- 17Good project management discipline schedule tracking risk mitigation budget cost control and mass production constraints
