Product Manager, Cybersecurity and Technology Controls
Overview
You own the multi-year risk-based product roadmap for Cybersecurity Operations Intelligence at JPMorgan Chase, one of the world's largest financial institutions. You lead complex, firm-wide product developments that protect millions of customers and critical infrastructure. Working with cross-functional teams in Dallas, you translate security needs into feature-level requirements. This role puts you at the center of regulatory compliance, audit commitments, and senior-level reporting. You shape products from conception to launch, making a direct impact on global security posture.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and maintain a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap for Cybersecurity Operations Intelligence, aligning objectives, key results, deliverables, and dependencies.
- 2Lead complex, firm-wide product developments with business partners, ensuring audit and regulatory commitments align with the product book of work.
- 3Ensure seamless integration with key product domains within Cyber Intelligence through cross-team collaboration.
- 4Create and maintain product artifacts: use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wireframes, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- 5Detect and resolve project issues by evaluating information from multiple sources for consistency and cross-impact.
- 6Provide senior-level presentations and ongoing reporting on key programs to illustrate risk reduction and customer value.
- 7Partner with product leads, architects, and engineers to reduce risk and deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.
- 8Drive continuous improvement in an Agile environment, adapting communication styles to enhance influence and effectiveness.
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience as an Architect/Engineer, Technology Product Owner/Manager, or Service Delivery Manager, with formal training or certification.
- 2Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process: architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
- 3Proven ability to produce product artifacts: use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wireframes, and roadmaps.
- 4Ability to develop and analyze product architecture, providing program and project leadership across multiple teams.
- 5Experience operating in a customer-centric mode, using risk methodologies to translate business needs into feature-level requirements.
- 6Strong influence and negotiation skills, overcoming barriers and resistance to execute strategic plans.
- 7Prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization, with strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- 8Comfortable working in a matrix management model with global virtual teams, building strong relationships and a wide network.
- 9Supplier/Vendor management experience preferred.
- 10Experience working in an Agile environment and driving continuous improvement.
