Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Translate strategic goals into a multi-year roadmap and quarterly execution plans with milestones, runbooks, and measurable targets using Jira and Confluence.
- 2Lead cross-functional coordination across Business, Operations, and Technology; embed in workstreams to drive decisions and delivery.
- 3Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and requirements; convert them into clear scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria for Tableau dashboards.
- 4Define and manage OKRs and KPIs across quality, cost, and time; establish data sources and accountability per workstream using Excel trackers.
- 5Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards; lead routine performance reviews to identify bottlenecks, quantify impact, and drive actions to closure.
- 6Use operational data (activity, throughput, defects, cycle times) to prioritize high-value interventions and track benefits realized.
- 7Design and deliver scalable solutions across Operations that drive measurable value in quality, efficiency, and cycle time.
- 8Own portfolio governance: manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), dependency mapping, and delivery reporting cadence with clear decision asks.
- 9Produce executive-ready artifacts: business cases, process flows, gap analyses, governance packs, operating model documents, and stakeholder updates using SharePoint.
Requirements9
- 110+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation and program delivery initiatives with demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes.
- 2Strong program management discipline including roadmap planning, milestone and critical path management, RAID management, governance forums, and blocker escalation.
- 3Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; able to structure ambiguity into clear options, recommendations, and executable delivery plans.
- 4Proven ability to influence outcomes at all levels; navigate complex organizations to accelerate decisions and drive accountability.
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication; produce crisp, executive-ready narratives and status reports under tight timelines.
- 6Demonstrated experience defining and driving OKRs and KPIs, using data to manage performance and track benefits realization.
- 7Proficient in data analysis; interpret models, identify drivers, and provide continuous insight to improve program execution.
- 8Proven conflict management capability: surface issues early, facilitate productive discussions, and create win-win solutions.
- 9Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and Tableau for delivery tracking and executive reporting.
