Overview

What You'll Do8

  • 1Own end-to-end profitability management for the consumer auto business, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • 2Drive monthly and quarterly performance routines, delivering variance analysis and executive commentary.
  • 3Quantify key profitability levers across revenue, margin, expenses, and credit losses, and translate findings into recommendations.
  • 4Build business cases for initiatives and product changes, including scenario and sensitivity analysis in Excel.
  • 5Create and maintain financial models and standardized templates to improve consistency and speed.
  • 6Partner with pricing and risk teams to quantify the impact of pricing actions and risk appetite changes.
  • 7Translate product roadmap decisions into forecast and budget impacts with measurable outcomes.
  • 8Improve management reporting and dashboard controls, reducing cycle time and increasing confidence in results.

Requirements10

  • 17+ years of leadership experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • 2Demonstrated experience owning profitability analysis and communicating drivers to senior stakeholders.
  • 3Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience building and maintaining financial models.
  • 4Proven ability to build business cases, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication with executive-ready storytelling.
  • 6Experience leading monthly and quarterly performance routines with variance analysis.
  • 7Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 8Experience supporting consumer lending or auto finance is preferred.
  • 9Experience designing Tableau or Microsoft Power BI dashboards is preferred.
  • 10Working knowledge of SQL for analysis and data validation is preferred.
