What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies
- 2Support change management across functional partners and monitor adherence to risk controls compliance and regulations
- 3Raise blockers and impediments to the Product Delivery Manager for resource management
- 4Facilitate delivery of major project deliverables including Project Plan Business and Functional Requirements Analysis and Design participation and sign-off internal and external readiness and post-go-live support using shareable project manager tools
- 5Manage day-to-day project initiatives on global client-facing platforms ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- 6Support development and approval of project business cases
- 7Manage project lifecycle phases from initiation development implementation and closure
- 8Coordinate virtual team resources across global locations
- 9Direct business partners technology resources subject matter experts UI design QA and UAT
- 10Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- 11Develop knowledge of product development life cycle and electronic banking systems including SWIFT Money Transfer and ACH
Requirements8
- 13+ years product management or relevant domain experience
- 2Proven operational management and change readiness experience
- 3Expertise in product deployment processes
- 4Ability to direct business partners technology resources and SMEs
- 5Strong relationship management and trust-building skills
- 6Strategic mindset with can-do attitude and drive to get things done
- 7Creativity self-motivation and commitment to task
- 8Power user of PowerPoint Project and Visio
