What You'll Do11
- 1Act as day-to-day product support partner to Sales
- 2Provide organized product updates timelines and follow-ups to sales and customers
- 3Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers on development progress
- 4Provide clear written feedback improvement ideas and execution instructions
- 5Track open items and follow up consistently until resolution
- 6Ensure all changes approvals and timelines are properly documented
- 7Maintain clear structured product documentation
- 8Keep an up-to-date list of active projects priorities and next steps
- 9Summarize discussions and decisions so all parties stay aligned
- 10Collect customer feedback market input and internal suggestions
- 11Organize insights into actionable recommendations for manufacturers
Requirements10
- 1Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
- 3Highly organized able to manage multiple products and tasks
- 4Comfortable working with overseas partners
- 5Proficient in MS Office and product/project tracking tools
- 6Self-motivated and proactive
- 7Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8Experience in product coordination sales support product management or factory communication is a plus
- 9Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers is highly desirable
- 10English Mandarin bilingual strongly preferred
