Overview
Mercor seeks a seasoned product management expert to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems used in Fortune 500 enterprise contexts. You’ll design scenarios, outputs, and rubrics that reflect how senior F500 product leaders think and decide. What You'll Do5
- 1Create multi quarter roadmap oriented product scenarios that involve cross functional alignment and strategic go to market or platform decisions at Fortune 500 scale
- 2Develop product tasks across areas such as strategy, discovery and user research, pricing and packaging, platform and API product management, and product led growth
- 3Assemble product operations scenarios using enterprise tools like Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma and enterprise experimentation platforms
- 4Apply established enterprise product frameworks (JTBD, RICE scoring, dual track agile, OKRs) to produce reference PRDs, roadmaps, and executive level narratives
- 5Write rubrics that demonstrate authentic enterprise product judgment beyond basic frameworks and classroom-style knowledge
Requirements4
- 15+ years as a product manager or product leader in a Fortune 500 tech or enterprise setting or within a large non tech enterprise with measurable business impact
- 2Direct ownership of large scale products or platforms with tangible outcomes
- 3Proficiency with enterprise product tooling and methods, plus familiarity with budgeting, governance, and executive stakeholder coordination in big organizations
- 4Experience drafting rubrics, training material, or PRDs to standardize product thinking is a plus
