You will share technical product knowledge, support guest interactions, and champion the brand as an ambassador in‑store and in the community. What You'll Do11

  • 1Deliver a best‑in‑class brand experience by sharing technical product knowledge and solving guest problems
  • 2Build deep product understanding and weave insights into authentic guest interactions
  • 3Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in‑store and within the community
  • 4Develop personal passions through support from the team and opportunities to engage with nature
  • 5Maintain open collaboration with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives
  • 6Provide feedback on merchandising and in‑store experiences to drive sales
  • 7Support store tasks as assigned, including answering phones, processing transactions, and handling returns
  • 8Receive and unpack inventory boxes weighing 5‑30 lbs and maintain accurate POS records
  • 9Answer store phones, voicemails, and emails, including occasional Epicenter social media responses
  • 10Work flexible hours including Black Friday and peak holiday periods
  • 11Own and execute all deliverables outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading product‑focused roles
  • 3CPC Card certification preferred
  • 4AWS Certified experience valued
  • 55+ years creating outdoor‑centric experiences
  • 61 open, one close, one weekend shift weekly minimum availability
  • 7Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs under Store Lead, Manager, and Assistant Manager direction
  • 8Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • 9Self‑motivated problem solver with accountability for outcomes
  • 10Commitment to continuous improvement and seeking optimal solutions
  • 11Passion for outdoor activities and brand storytelling
