What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver best‑in‑class service by centering customers using the company’s purpose and core values
- 2Act as a brand advocate who participates in the Activism program via 18 hours annually
- 3Process shipments and support inventory with visual standards such as folding and steaming mannequins
- 4Maintain store aesthetics by ensuring visual standards are met daily
- 5Engage in marketing events and brainstorm community‑focused ideas
- 6Participate in ongoing training to uphold company knowledge and mentor new hires
- 7Practice security measures and resolve safety concerns promptly
- 8Ensure POS accuracy and uphold Ironclad Guarantee and Worn Wear programs
- 9Answer phones, manage events, and support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
- 10Contribute to store repairs while communicating effectively with leadership
- 11Create a culture of belonging that respects diversity and equity

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading sustainability projects in retail environments
- 318 Activism Hours participating in community partnerships and grant processes
- 45+ years experience with data tools and product knowledge
- 51 year proven problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced settings
- 63-5 seasons of retail leadership experience
- 72-4 seasons proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
