What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver exceptional guest experiences using the GUIDE service program to listen, educate, and match gear
- 2Build trust with guests through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and genuine connection
- 3Drive sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions
- 4Manage daily operations including cash handling, restocking, and maintaining an inviting sales floor
- 5Follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices
- 6Collaborate with teammates to create a supportive, welcoming environment
- 7Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations
- 8Represent Fjällräven values in every interaction, educating guests on sustainability like the Down Promise
- 9Engage in local events and community activations when possible
Requirements7
- 11+ years in retail, customer service, or guest-facing roles (preferred)
- 2Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- 3Track record of people-centered customer service
- 4Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
- 5Reliability and proactive approach to work
- 6Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
