Overview
Lead product adoption and operational readiness across Global Business Systems platforms at RELX Inc. Raleigh NC. Drive intelligent AI-supported adoption strategies for Salesforce CRM CPQ ERP eCommerce sales enablement tools and customer-facing applications.
What You'll Do11
- 1Evolve change management approaches from training-based models to AI-supported behavior-driven adoption strategies
- 2Design and implement data-driven AI adoption frameworks for personalized real-time user engagement
- 3Use advanced analytics to identify adoption risks inform interventions and optimize outcomes
- 4Partner with Product and Technology teams to enable in-product guidance and AI copilots
- 5Establish operational readiness frameworks with success criteria go-live standards and post-launch tracking
- 6Align product releases with business readiness to accelerate time-to-value
- 7Partner with Sales Marketing Finance and Operations to operationalize business processes within enterprise platforms
- 8Drive adoption through embedded workflows insights and system-driven experiences
- 9Define and track adoption KPIs linking platform usage to business outcomes
- 10Create continuous feedback loops to refine enablement strategies and platform capabilities
- 11Connect Product Technology AI Innovation and Business teams to ensure adoption alignment
Requirements11
- 18+ years experience in change management product adoption or sales operations in enterprise environments
- 2Proven support for large-scale digital transformations of CRM CPQ ERP and eCommerce platforms
- 3Strong understanding of sales marketing and customer workflows including Lead-to-Cash processes
- 4Ability to translate business strategies into scalable system workflows and user experiences
- 5Experience with data analytics automation and AI-supported capabilities in enterprise systems
- 6Cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations
- 7Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem ERP systems like PeopleSoft and sales enablement tools such as Gong
- 8Knowledge of AI-supported automation intelligent workflows and modern change management models
- 9Background in B2B or SaaS enterprise environments
- 10U.S. National base pay range $115400 - $192300 with geographic differentials
- 11Eligibility for annual incentive bonus
