What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain relationships with global suppliers ensuring consistent quality and timely deliveries
- 2Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide supply chain insights ensuring cost-effective quick and efficient product development
- 3Continuously assess and enhance supply chain efficiency focusing on cost reduction and lead time minimization
- 4Monitor and control supply chain costs identifying opportunities for cost savings with suppliers
- 5Identify and create process improvements to maintain an efficient supply chain
- 6Analyze potential supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations
- 7Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making and support of strategic initiatives
- 8Execute procurement plans according to direction and guidance of Global Supply Chain Manager
- 9Foster relationships with new and current supply bases
- 10Prioritize tasks while multitasking
- 11Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Requirements10
- 12+ years supply chain experience with strong supplier relationship experience and sourcing knowledge
- 2Strong analytical strategic and problem-solving skills
- 3Working knowledge of ERP systems including creating purchase orders executing item receipts updating inventory cards and vendor information
- 4Ability to initiate and execute logistics plans for shipments from suppliers
- 5Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- 6Basic knowledge of manufacturing process controls and quality assurance
- 7Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements General Terms & Conditions piece price agreements and other related contracts
- 8Equity compensation consisting of yearly salary plus equity
- 9Fast paced quickly changing environment with minimal supervision
- 10Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management business engineering or related field
