What You'll Do7
- 1Operate plant systems following Standard Operating Procedures
- 2Perform minor maintenance tasks such as equipment isolation and troubleshooting
- 3Monitor and control operations using Foxboro Distributive Control System
- 4Utilize electronic manufacturing inventory systems logbooks and MOC systems
- 5Maintain E-Squad qualifications including Industrial Fire Brigade HAZMAT Response CPR First Aid and Incident Command
- 6Identify and implement process improvements related to safety environmental compliance and operations
- 7Collaborate with team to drive operational excellence
Requirements11
- 13-5 years of experience in a chemical plant environment
- 2Associate's degree in Process Technology preferred
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Experience with Chempax ERP preferred
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 7Ability to read and interpret technical documents reports and spreadsheets
- 8Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 9Frequent walking standing twisting kneeling crouching climbing stairs and ladders
- 10Wear full PPE including Level A suit bunker gear full-face respirator and SCBA
- 11Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
