What You'll Do6
- 1Identify and prioritize production losses, then implement root-cause solutions to eliminate them.
- 2Collaborate with technical experts and cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class manufacturing standards.
- 3Design and deliver training programs that upskill technicians in PLC troubleshooting and CMMS workflows.
- 4Create and refine standard operating procedures for production line and quality processes to hit performance targets.
- 5Work hands-on with automated equipment and robotics to optimize throughput.
- 6Lead the delivery and startup of new equipment and process improvement projects, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's Degree in STEM or business-related field required.
