Overview
You will own loss identification and elimination across production lines at Swire Coca-Cola, one of North America's largest bottlers with 8,000+ employees. You'll develop standards and systems, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across 13 states, you'll bring best-in-class solutions to manufacturing. This role is unique for its 75% travel, offering exposure to multiple sites and technologies.
What You'll Do6
- 1Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies on production lines using data and root cause analysis.
- 2Collaborate with technical experts and other sites to create and implement best solutions.
- 3Develop and deliver training programs for technicians to build long-term capability.
- 4Create and improve standard operating procedures to achieve manufacturing performance targets.
- 5Work with state-of-the-art automated equipment to optimize processes.
- 6Lead the start-up of new initiatives and equipment, ensuring smooth integration.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field required.
- 2Manufacturing experience preferred.
