Process Engineer, Injection Molding & Automation

You will own injection molding processes for a growing plastics manufacturer, developing and validating new procedures using Scientific Injection Molding and decoupled molding principles. You will work directly at the press, troubleshooting machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment to ensure stable, capable, and efficient production. You will join a cross-functional team of Production, Engineering, and Quality professionals and train mold setters and technicians on proper techniques. This is a hands-on, manufacturing-floor role where your daily work directly impacts quality, cycle time, and scrap reduction.

Own injection molding process optimization and troubleshooting at Bloem, a manufacturer rethinking plastic planters at scale. You will ensure machine uptime, part quality, and cycle time targets across shifts. Collaborate with Production, Tooling, and QC teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with flexible shift coverage.

You will own troubleshooting and maintenance across our injection molding lines, directly supporting a production floor that ships less-lethal systems. Working under our lead technician, you will keep injection molding machines running, then cross into PLC-driven automation assembly equipment. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with electrical diagnostics, and you will coordinate with engineers and vendors to sustain uptime. You will also handle emergency repairs on plant infrastructure like air compressors and water chillers, making this a varied position for a technician who likes ownership.

Manufacturing Engineer owns process development and optimization at a global foam solutions manufacturer. You will design work cells, tooling, and fixtures to boost throughput and quality. Your work directly supports production teams, new product launches, and capital projects. Collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality, you will drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma. Lead stable efficient and safe injection molding processes that hit quality targets every time. Own processes that achieve high uptime across presses via proactive monitoring and swift issue resolution. Ensure accurate mold changeovers with utilities connected alignment verified and mold protection confirmed. Lock processes to Master Setup Sheets with parameters documented and controlled. Complete first-piece approvals and in-process checks with proper gauges and measurement tools. Eliminate defects like short shots flash splay burns and warpage through root cause analysis and corrective action. Reduce internal/external PPM through disciplined processing and continuous improvement. Safety critical devices guards interlocks drop bars and switches checked and functional at all times.

You will lead the engineering department at Junchuang North America, overseeing annual planning, cost control, and performance tracking for a plant running plastic injection molding with MES systems. You will manage trial and mass production deliveries, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff in injection molding and total equipment maintenance. Working alongside a team of engineers and technicians, you will coordinate with parallel departments to ensure safety and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
