Private Equity Investor Product Strategy AVP
Overview
You will own the creation and delivery of investor-facing materials for Blackstone's Private Equity funds, impacting over $1.3 trillion in assets under management. You will join the Investor Product Strategy team, collaborating with fundraising, deal, and finance teams to produce pitch books, performance memos, and roadshow presentations. This role stands out for its direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports with Excel, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial insights to investors.
- 2Assist in the preparation and review of marketing materials, including roadshow presentations, pitch books, and talking points, using PowerPoint.
- 3Coordinate with fundraising, deal, and finance teams to collate and review investor due diligence requests and respond to investor queries.
- 4Coordinate the collection and analysis of fund performance metrics across multiple internal teams, preparing bespoke performance analyses.
- 5Draft presentations and analyses for senior management, including fundraising updates and deal books.
- 6Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support product development and existing clients.
- 7Mentor Analysts and Associates, overseeing their day-to-day tasks and guiding their professional growth.
Requirements7
- 1Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- 26+ years of experience in content creation for finance, investor reporting, transaction services, or consulting.
- 3Experience managing a team of at least 2 individuals is a plus.
- 4Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic team environment.
- 6Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 7Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
