Overview

The role owns end-to-end print production for client reports and materials at Mariner Institutional, impacting delivery timelines and presentation quality. You will coordinate requests, produce materials, and ensure accurate packaging and shipping at scale across multiple projects. You will work with advisors and internal teams to clarify instructions and track status, ensuring deliverables meet standards and deadlines. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage print requests for client reports, ad-hoc materials, presentations, and RFPs ensuring on-time delivery
  • 2Review production details including quantity, format, binding, finishing, and shipping destinations to meet specifications
  • 3Maintain communication with advisors and internal teams for instructions, deadlines, and status updates
  • 4Execute printing, copying, binding, assembling, and quality control to guarantee accuracy and presentation
  • 5Monitor printer performance, replenish supplies, address basic issues, and coordinate service visits when needed
  • 6Prepare materials for shipment including boxing, labeling, and pickup organization
  • 7Collaborate with shipping vendors to resolve delays, tracking, and delivery concerns
  • 8Maintain organized production records, shipping data, and documentation for transparency
  • 9Ensure adequate inventory of office and print supplies and place replacement orders
  • 10Keep café area stocked and manage office mail services for inbound and outbound mail and parcels

Requirements6

  • 1High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2Ability to work on-site and perform hands-on print production, packaging, and shipping tasks
  • 3Proficiency with basic computer applications, email, printers/copiers, shipping systems, and standard office equipment
  • 4Experience in print production, mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, or administrative support preferred
  • 5Familiarity with UPS, World Wide Express, or other shipping platforms desired
  • 6Experience operating and maintaining printers/copiers or coordinating vendor service a plus
