Principal UX Designer, Identity Security Platform
Overview
Lead end-to-end design for a major product area within our identity security platform at scale. Own craft and collaboration, guiding other designers and shaping the broader design practice. Work with product, engineering, and design leadership to align strategy, execution, and design systems across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead design projects from concept to delivery including strategy, interaction models, workflows, and prototypes
- 2Set a bar for craft and collaboration that designers and writers learn from
- 3Partner with product and engineering leadership to scope and execute ambitious designs
- 4Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on craft, process, and design best practices
- 5Evolve the Delinea Design System and ensure scalable, consistent design across products
- 6Influence design standards for the broader organization beyond your product area
Requirements5
- 18+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer with end-to-end ownership of complex product areas
- 2Portfolio with complex cross-functional or ambiguous design problems
- 3Deep expertise in interaction design and UX principles
- 4Strong leadership and project management skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- 5Proficiency with figma and modern design tools and experience using AI-assisted design tools

$174 - $218k per year
