What You'll Do11
- 1Architect systems delivering raw GPU throughput via zero-latency InfiniBand/RDMA fabrics for massive-scale training
- 2Design thin virtualization layers using KVM or micro-VMs to eliminate virtualization tax
- 3Build a high-performance container substrate utilizing Kubernetes or Slurm for elastic AI workloads
- 4Lead architectural design of internal cloud fabric focusing on SR-IOV RDMA and virtualized GPU scheduling
- 5Prototype and productionize novel memory networking compute management methods
- 6Draft white papers and RFCs defining compute and networking stack for two years
- 7Debug complex race conditions in I/O path and optimize kernel-level memory pinning
- 8Represent Crusoe in open-source communities shaping global cloud-native AI infrastructure direction
- 9Author authoritative knowledge of Linux kernel virtualization internals and high-performance networking
- 10Design software maximizing NVIDIA/AMD GPU and NIC performance
- 11Lead cross-functional teams delivering production-ready mission-critical systems

- 1Hyperscale provenance with 12+ years designing core infrastructure at major hyperscaler or HPC cloud
