The Principal Program Controls Analyst (P3) leads financial planning and analysis for the Patriot Engineering Services program. What You'll Do9
- 1Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are performed within agreed parameters
- 2Monitor costs and schedules while generating monthly Earned Value reports
- 3Develop quarterly EACs and conduct detailed financial analysis for CBT and functional areas
- 4Maintain accurate Budget and EAC tracking systems to guarantee funding availability
- 5Process approved Baseline Change Requests and integrate them into control systems
- 6Utilize RTN Earned Value Management system processes adhering to 10255 policy
- 7Lead financial strategy initiatives and influence cross-functional decision making
- 8Collaborate with program teams to align financial objectives and execution
- 9Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management requirements
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field with 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience
- 2Proven experience using SAP APEX or Prism RTN PMX or similar systems
- 3Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- 4Program start-up and baselining experience preferred
- 5Excellent attention to detail and deadline management skills
- 6Certification in Earned Value Management or Program Management
- 7Demonstrated ability to solve complex financial problems
- 8Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with hands-on experience in program controls forecasting budgeting and variance analysis
- 9Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- 10Knowledge of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements
