Principal Product Manager, FinTech
Overview
Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s Financial Technologies portfolio. Partner with Accounting Finance and Procurement teams to identify problems and deliver high-impact improvements. Serve as product discovery leader and outcomes owner.
What You'll Do16

- 2Set clear product vision and strategy aligned to business Multi-Year Objectives with measurable OKRs
- 3Build and maintain a roadmap connecting business lane goals to prioritized product work
- 4Define success metrics and create a measurement plan using data and feedback
- 5Lead discovery the right way through research design and problem framing
- 6Partner with research design and business lanes to understand user needs and pain points
- 7Run discovery activities such as interviews workflow observation journey mapping hypothesis testing and rapid experiments
- 8Facilitate structured working sessions and design workshops producing clear decisions tradeoffs and action plans
- 9Be an objective strategic partner building trusted relationships across Accounting Finance and Procurement teams
- 10Create clarity in ambiguous spaces aligning stakeholders on the why defining good looks like and driving decisions forward
- 11Drive delivery through cross-functional leadership partnering with engineering/IT to translate validated problems into requirements sequencing and delivery plans
- 12Own backlog prioritization and tradeoffs ensuring focus on outcomes not output volume
- 13Lead product launch readiness enablingment training job aids feedback loops and post-launch measurement
- 14Manage product operating rhythms quarterly planning roadmap reviews progress reporting and stakeholder updates
- 15Own investment value conversations for product area such as benefit sizing and sequencing
- 16Transform financial systems to streamline critical workflows enhance teammate experience and efficiency measured through agreed metrics and OKRs
Requirements10
- 18+ years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership including substantial experience leading discovery and shipping meaningful outcomes
- 2Strong record of partnering with business leaders and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- 3Demonstrated strength in problem framing prioritization stakeholder management and communication
- 4Experience facilitating working sessions/design workshops with clear outputs and decisions
- 5Ability to travel up to 25%
- 6Preferred experience with enterprise financial platforms including Oracle Coupa Vertex and Anaplan deep expertise in Oracle Fusion EBS or comparable ERP platforms spanning implementation transformation and end-to-end Financial and Procure-to-Pay workflows
- 7Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership translating technical concepts into clear business value
- 8Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations including ERP modernization and AI-enabled capabilities focusing on measurable business outcomes
- 9Strong understanding of financial operations controls and process optimization reducing friction improving efficiency and enhancing teammate experience
- 10Experience working within highly regulated environments balancing innovation with governance risk and compliance requirements
