What You'll Do6
- 1Shape product direction by translating validated opportunities into Figma prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- 2Lead solution shaping sessions with cross-functional teams to define interaction flows and visual systems.
- 3Own the design process from wireframes to polished UI, leveraging Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- 4Drive rapid prototyping to test and refine product concepts with users.
- 5Evolve and maintain design systems, components, and patterns using Figma and Storybook.
- 6Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless handoff.
Requirements7
- 18+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products.
- 25+ years using Figma for prototyping and high-fidelity design.
- 3Expertise in Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud for visual design.
- 4Proven ability to lead design strategy and mentor junior designers.
- 5Experience building and maintaining design systems using Figma and Storybook.
- 6Strong interaction design skills with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- 7Ability to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite).
