What You'll Do7
- 1Define and own end-to-end user experience and design language for early-stage products
- 2Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
- 3Develop user research strategies to understand pain points and optimize design decisions
- 4Collaborate with founders engineers and product teams to align design with business objectives
- 5Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components for scalability
- 6Conduct usability testing A/B testing and iterative improvements based on data and feedback
- 7Advocate for design best practices accessibility and human-centered design principles

- 1Passionate about shaping design vision and user experience for new products
- 2Excited about building and scaling design systems in early-stage startup environments
- 3Skilled at collaborating with engineers and product teams to translate ideas into compelling interfaces
- 43+ years of experience in product design UI/UX or visual design for web and mobile applications
- 5Strong proficiency with Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools like Framer InVision
- 6Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch
- 7Knowledge of user research methodologies usability testing and data-driven design decision-making
- 8Understanding of interaction design motion design and responsive UI principles
- 9Familiarity with front-end technologies HTML CSS basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineers
- 10Experience working with early-stage startups or lean product teams is a plus

$170 - $250k per year
