What You'll Do10
- 1Develop and execute comprehensive release plans aligning schedules across dependent systems and integrating Agile DevOps principles
- 2Use predictive analytics and AI driven insights to identify track and mitigate risks proactively manage release level jeopardies
- 3Manage enterprise wide release calendar ensuring proactive visibility collision avoidance and post change learning across IT infrastructure network and operations
- 4Oversee end to end deployment activities using CI CD pipelines observability and automation tools ensure rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime
- 5Maintain audit ready compliant release processes such as sox leveraging metrics and analytics for continuous improvement
- 6Provide transparent updates on release status dependencies and impacts segment communications for stakeholders and manage approvals and cab agendas
- 7Transition from fragmented app driven release practices to mature enterprise model embedding ai powered capabilities such as predictive risk analysis automated change validation and intelligent scheduling
- 8Drive cultural transformation through mentoring and establishing best in class release and change management frameworks
- 9Establish process framework implement solutions build standardized playbooks and lead governance boards for ats wide implementation
- 10Guide modern enterprise release management and itsm advanced excel powerbi and safe agile devops environments with strong knowledge of release change lifecycle outage root cause analysis
Requirements11
- 1Required 7+ years in release management software engineering or related disciplines
- 2ServiceNow certification required
- 3Strong experience in agile devops ci cd certification preferred
- 4Familiarity with ai driven analytics and automation python powerbi
- 5Hands on experience with jira align jira cloud jsm github servicenow
- 6Deep understanding of release change lifecycle outage root cause analysis
- 7Advanced data analytics kpi metrics and prompt engineering expertise guiding agentic ai workflows and gen ai use cases
- 8BS or BA in computer science or related field
- 9Modern release management processes for agile and devops environments
- 10Jira align jsm jira cloud git for enterprise rm cm service now for itsm and rm cm automation
- 11Expertise in safe agile waterfall hybrid delivery models
