Overview
Own the technical vision and multi year roadmap for a next generation fraud prevention platform at scale. Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and data science teams to translate business risks into robust architectures. Lead architecture decisions for a major debit card and payments offering to counter emerging fraud vectors. This individual contributor role focuses on system design, security, and reliability.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and evolve the fraud prevention platform architecture to support new debit card and payments features
- 2Define technical standards and roadmaps aligned with product and risk requirements
- 3Collaborate with product, risk, and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- 4Evaluate and select technologies, patterns, and frameworks to defend against evolving fraud vectors
- 5Prototype, review, and drive implementation plans for critical fraud prevention capabilities
- 6Lead by example in code quality, security, and performance considerations
- 7Ensure compliance and reliability through architecture decisions and governance
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2Minimum of 5+ years building large scale distributed systems
- 3Strong background in security, authentication, and fraud prevention
- 4Experience with payments ecosystems and debit card domains is a plus
- 5Proven track record as an architect or senior engineer delivering complex platforms
