What You'll Do11
- 1Mix and measure paint according to specifications
- 2Review work orders to confirm paint and parts match before painting in the booth
- 3Clean parts as per specifications before painting
- 4Paint parts according to specified thickness and coverage
- 5Maintain paint booth filters and ensure booth is free of foreign object debris FOD
- 6Complete all required paperwork accurately
- 7Conduct post-paint inspections for appearance and proper coverage
- 8Apply advanced painting skills to adapt to complex situations
- 9Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations
- 10Complete daily paint checklist
- 11Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment PPE as per OSHA guidelines

- 1Proficiency in painting and paint preparation
- 2Ability to mix and measure paint accurately
- 3Experience in industrial painting and use of HVLP spray guns
- 4Capability to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals
- 5Experience in aerospace or industrial painting is advantageous
