You will apply interior and exterior paint and industrial coatings across residential and commercial properties in the NYC metro area, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. What You'll Do6
- 1Apply paint and other coatings to drywall and surfaces with HVLP and airless sprayers
- 2Prepare surfaces by patching holes, spackling, skim-coating, and sanding rough areas
- 3Mix paint colors to match specifications and ensure consistent batches
- 4Set up and dismantle scaffolding for 10+ foot ceilings and exterior jobs
- 5Clean spray nozzles, brushes, and all equipment at shift end to maintain OSHA standards
- 6Drive to jobsites across the tri-state area, carrying tools and materials safely
Requirements7
- 1OSHA 30 and NYC SST 10 hour certification required
- 22+ years of professional painting experience, including prep work
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to multiple sites
- 4Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting 50+ pounds
- 5Comfort working on ladders and scaffolding at heights up to 30 feet
- 6Attention to detail for clean lines and even coverage
- 7Experience with airless spray equipment is a plus
