What You'll Do8
- 1Analyze pricing requests from multiple departments and deliver accurate timely recommendations
- 2Build and maintain pricing models using Excel and other tools
- 3Evaluate cost structures margins and market trends to support decision-making
- 4Present pricing analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- 5Partner cross-functionally with operations finance and leadership teams
- 6Identify inefficiencies in pricing workflows and implement process improvements or automation
- 7Leverage AI and technology tools to enhance analysis and reporting
- 8Track results and refine pricing strategies based on performance
Requirements7
- 12+ years of experience in pricing financial analysis consulting or similar roles
- 2Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial or pricing models
- 3Experience with AI tools or automation technologies preferred
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 6Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
- 7Construction or related industry experience is a plus
