What You'll Do9
- 1Operate flexographic presses and auxiliary equipment according to production targets
- 2Change plates cylinders and dies to meet specifications
- 3Perform routine maintenance using lubricants and replace minor components
- 4Report equipment issues immediately to supervisors
- 5Complete required documentation promptly
- 6Cross-train on multiple press lines and equipment
- 7Follow quality control plans to measure and test processes
- 8Maintain 5S organization in work areas
- 9Drive improvements in production efficiency and output
Requirements8
- 1Associates degree or equivalent technical training
- 21-3 years printing industry experience
- 3Flexo press operation experience within last year
- 4Knowledge of Spark programming language
- 5Familiarity with AWS cloud services
- 6Understanding Kubernetes containerization concepts
- 7Certified Production Competency Card holder
- 8Valid BCBA certification preferred
