What You'll Do5
- 1Support classroom activities and lesson plans with patient redirection and encouragement
- 2Supervise children indoors and outdoors ensuring DCF ratio compliance
- 3Maintain classroom organization cleanliness and sanitization routines
- 4Promote positive behavior through effective communication with staff and families
- 5Uphold center mission values and health/safety policies
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Child Development Associate credential preferred
- 3Minimum two years experience in licensed childcare
- 4Age thirty-two or older per NJ regulations
- 5CPR and First Aid certification required
Salary Insight
$35 - $37k per year
