What You'll Do7
- 1Manage pre-litigation cases from post-intake through resolution, organizing files and tracking deadlines while supporting attorneys.
- 2Draft and revise legal documents such as demands proposals and settlements in line with attorney directives and case plans.
- 3Communicate with clients attorneys adjusters and providers to gather information provide updates and resolve issues.
- 4Collect review and summarize medical records bills and supporting documentation to aid case evaluation and settlement preparation.
- 5Coordinate scheduling of client meetings medical appointments and negotiations with accurate follow-up and documentation.
- 6Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and ensure jurisdictional compliance.
- 7Utilize case management software to maintain organized files track progress and document all activities for complete case records.
Requirements9
- 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of professional experience education or certification.
- 2Comprehensive understanding of case intake data collection and settlement preparation.
- 3Skilled in drafting demands proposals and settlements with attention to detail.
- 4Strong research abilities including reviewing medical records insurance policies and statutes.
- 5Exceptional organization managing multiple cases deadlines and documents in a paperless environment.
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients providers adjusters and attorneys.
- 7High attention to detail discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- 8Proficiency using case management systems litigation support tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- 9Personal injury experience preferred.
