Practice Administrator Remote Nationwide Vituity
Overview
Vituity seeks a Practice Administrator to lead operational excellence across its nationwide network of 900 practices. This role drives business operations support for medical directors and providers while fostering a culture of brilliance. You will act as the front-line liaison between providers and hospital leadership, manage financial processes, and serve as the super user for Vituity software. What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute daily patient census and multi-disciplinary rounds
- 2Manage site financials including contract stipends and payroll timecards
- 3Act as super user for all Vituity applications and hospital systems
- 4Lead project initiatives for operations meetings and quality improvement programs
- 5Oversee provider onboarding including locums and resident rotations
- 6Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements
- 7Develop orientation checklists and maintain site policies and procedures
- 8Coordinate with HR on People Operations and employee relations
- 9Collect and analyze financial data to drive performance improvements
- 10Facilitate communication between providers and hospital administration
- 11Support revenue cycle management through accurate coding and documentation
Requirements11
- 12-3 years of office or healthcare administrative experience
- 2Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems
- 4Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulatory requirements
- 5Experience with Excel intermediate to advanced level
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 10Understanding of federal state and local healthcare regulations
