Overview
Own the final accuracy of closing packages before shipment to lenders. Provide strong upward mobility with 4 weeks PTO and 401K match. Work in a fast paced high producing environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents
- 2Facilitate review correction and delivery of completed packages to lender
- 3Work to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender borrower closing agent
- 4Remedy post closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers
- 5Monitor and respond to questions/information at post closing email addresses
- 6Understand and comply with regulatory requirement for funding recording and policies
- 7Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording
- 8Monitor incoming recording and enter into Resware as completed task
- 9Complete Owner's and Loan Policies
- 10Work on scanning projects uploading images as needed
- 11Other duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 23-5 years of experience in mortgage funding closing environment required
- 3Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Excellent customer service skills
- 6Computer skills in a windows environment excel
- 7Strong proof-reading skills
- 8Ability to work in a deadline driven fast paced high producing environment
